What Wine Goes With Buffalo

This year’s What Wine Goes With Buffalo wine education seminar has been expanded to include wine appreciation topics most commonly asked about at winery tasting rooms throughout the Okanagan Valley.

Through discussion and demonstration, participants will learn basics around cellaring, wine and food pairing, wine journaling, and creative serving ideas to increase enjoyment.

The British Columbia Wine Industry will be showcased while guests seek the best flavour combinations between food and wine in a fun and delicious atmosphere.

Certified Wine Specialist, Karin Wiebe guides this fun, informative event with an open floor for questions and lots of room for laughs.
