Secret Recipes

Welcome to a tour of the Winemaker’s pantry!

With a little coaxing, you can get an Okanagan Winemaker to talk about vineyard peculiarities, about flavours to look for in their wines and even tell stories of surprising events during production, but, they will never divulge their secret recipes!

This seminar looks at the different ‘ingredients’ used in modern commercial winemaking, and how each changes the final flavours in great and small ways.

British Columbia wine and food pairing is always part of any wine education with What Wine Goes With Buffalo; Guests will sample quality BC wines along with light appetizers, served up in this unique seminar.

Certified Wine Specialist, Karin Wiebe guides this fun, informative event with an open floor for questions and lots of room for laughs.
