This seminar is anything but dry! Participants learn how commercial wines are made, with stops along the fascinating, frightening and funny practices used since ancient Rome to the Canadian Liquor prohibition of the 1920’s.

British Columbia wine and food pairing is always part of any wine education with What Wine Goes With Buffalo; Guests will sample quality BC wines along with light appetizers, served up in this unique seminar.

 

Certified Wine Specialist, Karin Wiebe guides this fun, informative event with an open floor for questions and lots of room for laughs.
