Global Village

Modern-day wine producing regions have learned to identify themselves with a specific marketing niche to effectively compete in this global industry. The niche is made of characteristics that define wines from that country uniquely.

This seminar introduces you to the niche of various wine producing areas from Bordeaux to British Columbia. With this tool, participants learn how to make easier, better wine-buying decisions for meals or cellaring.

British Columbia wine and food pairing is always part of any wine education with What Wine Goes With Buffalo; Guests will sample quality BC wines along with light appetizers, served up in this unique seminar.

Certified Wine Specialist, Karin Wiebe guides this fun, informative event with an open floor for questions and lots of room for laughs.
